Service provider
Reversionador is a software-as-a-service product operated by NOSOLOFANS LLC, 1111B S Governors Ave STE 25966, Dover, DE 19904. Customer support: administrador@nosolofans.com.
What the service does
Reversionador converts customer-provided master videos into multiple publish-ready versions for social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms. Customers upload source videos to a managed input folder and receive processed output files in an output folder.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must own or have the necessary rights to upload and process each video, image, audio track, logo or other material submitted to the service. Customers are responsible for reviewing output files before publication.
Prohibited content
The service is for social-media-safe content. We do not allow pornography, sexually explicit content, illegal content, exploitative content, hateful content, malware, content that violates third-party rights, or material that would reasonably cause social platform account enforcement. Accounts that submit prohibited content may be suspended or terminated.
Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance. One credit equals one generated variation for each started 60-second block of source video. Included monthly credits do not roll over unless a written commercial agreement says otherwise.
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation at any time by contacting support. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period unless the account has breached these terms.
Availability and changes
We may update the service, presets, operational limits and policies as the product evolves. We aim to keep customer workflows stable and will communicate material changes where practical.
