Billing model
Reversionador is sold as a monthly SaaS subscription with included processing credits. Pricing and credit allowances are shown before purchase or commercial activation.
Refunds
If there is a duplicate charge, a clear billing error or a technical failure attributable to Reversionador that prevents delivery, contact administrador@nosolofans.com. We will review the case and, when appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method or credit the account.
Non-refundable usage
Credits already consumed by successfully processed jobs are generally non-refundable. This does not limit any rights a customer may have under applicable law.
Cancellations
Customers can request cancellation at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless a billing error or technical failure applies.
