Data we process
We may process customer account details, billing status, support messages, uploaded file metadata, job status, credit usage, generated output metadata and operational logs. Customer video files are processed only to provide the requested repurposing service.
Payments
Card and payment details are handled by our payment provider. Reversionador does not store full card numbers. We store payment status, plan, subscription identifiers and invoices or receipts where needed for business records.
How we use data
We use data to provide the service, create and manage customer folders, process jobs, calculate credits, handle support, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and improve reliability.
Retention
Operational metadata is retained while the account is active and as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Source and output file retention may vary by plan or written agreement.
Rights and requests
Customers may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
