Who we are

Data we process

We may process customer account details, billing status, support messages, uploaded file metadata, job status, credit usage, generated output metadata and operational logs. Customer video files are processed only to provide the requested repurposing service.

Payments

Card and payment details are handled by our payment provider. Reversionador does not store full card numbers. We store payment status, plan, subscription identifiers and invoices or receipts where needed for business records.

How we use data

We use data to provide the service, process jobs, calculate credits, handle support, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and improve reliability.

Where your files are stored

Uploaded master videos and the generated output files are stored in private object storage on Cloudflare R2, in the Western Europe region. They are not public: every download goes through a short-lived signed link tied to your account.

Who else processes your files

We use a small number of subprocessors to run the service:

• Cloudflare (Ireland/EU and global network) – hosting, database and file storage.
• RunPod – GPU processing. To generate the versions, the source video is downloaded by the rendering engine through a signed, expiring link, processed, and the outputs are returned to us. RunPod does not retain the files after the job.
• Stripe – payments and subscription billing. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by us.
• Resend (EU region) – transactional email such as your access link and job notifications.

Retention

Uploaded master videos and generated output files are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created. After that the job record remains in your account for your own history, but the files themselves are gone and the download links stop working.

Operational metadata (account details, job history, credit usage, invoices) is retained while the account is active and as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Rights and requests

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to delete your uploaded videos and generated versions before the 30-day retention period ends. Write to contacto@nosolofans.com from the address on your account and we will confirm once it is done. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.
